The Bradley Lake Project Management Committee (BPMC) consists of the Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) and the utilities that purchase the power. The utilities are: Chugach Electric Association, Anchorage Municipal Light & Power, Golden Valley Electric Association, Matanuska Electric Association, Homer Electric Association, and City of Seward.
BPMC is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Bradley Lake Project, subject to the non-delegable duties of AEA. All Committee members have a substantial long-term interest in the project. The responsibilities of the committee evolve in accordance with AEA's ownership of the project, and the purchaser's obligations to pay the project's annual costs and right to use the project's power production. BPMC exists and operates pursuant to the terms of the Bradley Lake Hydroelectric Project Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Electric Power.
While the committee has no physical office, it does have a mailing address at AEA whose representative is the permanent secretary of the committee:
813 West Northern Lights Blvd., Anchorage, AK 99503
Regular meetings are held at least quarterly, with the specific date and time to be determined by the committee.
